Every book listed on this site links out to a retailer such as Amazon, where the order is placed, paid for and fulfilled. We do not take payments or hold customer orders on skavpublications.com.

Delivery estimates, shipping costs and available regions are set by the retailer and shown at checkout. Check the retailer's order page for the latest delivery information.

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under the return policy of the retailer you bought from. Start a return in your order history with that retailer for the fastest resolution.

If a copy arrives damaged, misbound or with printing faults, request a replacement from the retailer first. Please also email hello@skavpublications.com with a photo — print quality issues are something we take up directly with our printers.
